Known for their keen attention to detail and exceptional leadership skills, Jason consistently ensures high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Jason enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling, bringing a well-rounded perspective to our team.

Dan Purcell
Dan is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He is the founder of PROTx, a multidisciplinary health and wellness company. In addition to his healthcare achievements, Dan is a successful real estate investor with a portfolio across the Greater Halifax region, focusing on local economic growth and community development. Outside of work, Dan is dedicated to supporting initiatives that promote wellness, education, and sustainable growth in the community.

Darian Purcell
With a lifelong passion for real estate and business, Darian brings a unique blend of experience and global insight. After gaining sales experience and working at the Bank of Montreal, he purchased and renovated his first property at 21. Darian then traveled the world, gaining valuable knowledge of the global economy and sales industries. Returning to Halifax, he obtained his real estate license and is now eager to apply his diverse experiences to the local market. Darian is dedicated to ensuring that each client's needs are met, always striving to provide exceptional service.

Shane Longard
With over 30 years in residential and commercial construction, Shane specializes in drywall installation, finishing, and custom wall treatments. His expertise spans framing, siding, roofing, concrete, and fire & flood restoration.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Shane has owned multiple construction and business ventures across Canada. He is known for his strong organizational skills, customer service, and deep industry knowledge.
Outside of work, he is a musician and recording artist who enjoys boating and the outdoors.
