With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason has developed a strong background in estimating and project management, completing numerous large-scale residential and commercial projects across Canada. Known for their keen attention to detail and exceptional leadership skills, Jason consistently ensures high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Jason enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling, bringing a well-rounded perspective to our team.

Dan Purcell
Dan is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He is the founder of PROTx, a multidisciplinary health and wellness company. In addition to his healthcare achievements, Dan is a successful real estate investor with a portfolio across the Greater Halifax region, focusing on local economic growth and community development. Outside of work, Dan is dedicated to supporting initiatives that promote wellness, education, and sustainable growth in the community.
Business Development
Darian Purcell
With a strong interest in real estate, construction, and business strategy, Darian brings both practical experience and a forward-thinking mindset to Brighstone. After working in sales and finance at the Bank of Montreal, he purchased and renovated his first property at 21, sparking a deeper appreciation for building and development.
He later spent time abroad, gaining a global perspective on business and the economy before returning to Halifax to focus on local opportunities. As part of Brighstone’s business development team, Darian is passionate about learning, connecting with business owners, and exploring new strategies to support sustainable growth.
He’s committed to ensuring every client experience is built on professionalism, trust, and a strong understanding of their goals.
